The Fassbender & Rausch Manufactory in Berlin-Tempelhof produces exclusively for Fassbender & Rausch Chocolatiers at the Gendarmenmarkt.
In a transparent fabrication 25 employees are crafting more than 300 confiseur specialties – manually and solely from the best recources.
Here newly discovered, partly more than 100 year old compositions of the ancient Fassbender & Rausch Confiseures, but also new creations are crafted.
From the sales room of our Manufactory, you can watch and follow the crafting of these delicious chocolate goodies through a glass wall, and buy the products of your choice directly and fresh from the conveyor belt.
